We provide free consultation and advice to everyone who seeks our help. During this consultation, we listen to the client's concerns and assess the legal issues they are facing. We then provide them with information on their legal options and the possible outcomes of each option.

Case Assessment:

We conduct a thorough case assessment to determine the best course of action for the clients. We gather all the relevant information, including documents and evidence, and analyse it to identify legal strategies that could help the clients achieve their goals.

Legal Representation:

We assign dedicated and qualified lawyers to the case to represent the clients before various courts, tribunal, forums, etc. Our lawyers have expertise in various areas of the law and are committed to fighting for our clients' rights.

Regular Communication:

We keep our clients informed about the progress of their cases every step of the way. We believe that regular communication is essential to building trust and ensuring that our clients have a voice in the legal process.

Follow-up Services:

After the case is resolved, we provide follow-up services to ensure that our clients have the tools and resources they need to move forward. This may include referrals to other services or organizations that can provide further support.

Public Interest Lawyering:

Whelmingly practicing public interest lawyering to promote and protect the rights and interests of underrepresented and marginalized individuals and groups. We typically focus on legal issues that have broader social, religious, economic, or political implications and are critically important to advancing social justice and promoting the public good towards our strong commitment to social justice and a willingness to work in often challenging and resource-constrained environments.

Territorial Limitations:

We are committed to providing legal aid services to as many people as possible throughout the territory of India within the scope of our resources. We strive to identify cases in which legal aid services are most needed and to allocate our resources in a way that maximizes our impact and ensures that our legal aid services reach those who need them most.

Resource Limitations:

We may not have territorial limitations in providing our legal aid services throughout the territory of India, but we may have other restrictions, including funding limitations and practical considerations such as limited resources and staffing. Funding is critical for us to achieve our goals and make a positive and constructive impact on society. Without funding, we cannot provide our free legal aid support and services needed to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those oppressed and marginalised individuals and groups.

Funds Utilization:

Here it is to explicitly clarify that we or our associated free legal aid providers do not give any portion of the funds raised from the donors to any of the victims, accused, petitioners, etc. directly; however, funds are being credited to our free legal aid providers to utilise the same in the way as they want in proving their best and effective legal services.

We are committed to ensuring that all funds we receive are utilized in the most effective and efficient manner possible to maximize their impact on the lives of those we serve. we understand the importance of utilizing funds effectively and transparently to ensure that we can continue to provide crucial legal services to those in need.

We operate with full transparency and accountability, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded and reported accurately. We have strict financial management and auditing policies in place to ensure that funds are used only for the intended purposes and are in compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.

We carefully prioritize and allocate funds to support our core legal services, including legal representation, legal education and awareness, and policy advocacy. Our team regularly evaluates and assesses the impact of our programs and services to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the communities we serve.
