Is user registration necessary?

No. User registration is necessary only for making donation and posting comments.

Who can register on this platform?

Any individual or representative of a company, association, or any other juristic person can register on the platform.

What details are to be furnished at the time of registration by an individual?

An individual has to furnish his full name, email, mobile number, complete postal address, country of current residence, citizenship status; and further Indian Citizen has to furnish his PAN number, or Aadhaar number, or any of the document numbers including Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence.

What details are to be furnished at the time of registration by a representative of a company, association, or any other juristic person?

A representative has to furnish his full name, email, mobile number, complete postal address, country of current residence, foreign entity status, name of the company, association, juristic person; and further Indian Entity has to furnish its PAN number, or any of the numbers including CIN, LLPIN, Registration.

What is the correct format to enter the mobile number?

The mobile number should be of 10 digits, which is primarily designed for Indian Mobile Numbers.

If user is living out of India, what postal address should he provide?

He should provide his current residence address only.

If user is living out of India, what country should he select from the list?

He should select his country of current residence only.

What password should a user choose?

User can choose any password of his choice, and the minimum required length is of 6 characters.

Does user need to accept the 'Terms of Use' & 'Privacy Policy' of this platform at the time of registration?

Yes.

Does user need to declare that the information furnished at the time of registration is true, complete and correct?

Yes.

Can user furnish false or incomplete information at the time of registration?

No. Users with false or incomplete information will be deleted without prior notice.

Can I have multiple user accounts associated with an email or mobile number?

No. You can have only one user account.

Will I get technical support if facing difficulty in registering on this platform?

Yes. You can write to us for any support.

Can Lawyers in Action disable/deactivate/delete any user from this platform?

Yes. Lawyers in Action can disable/deactivate/delete any user from the platform without prior notice if found suspicious or harmful in any manner.
